Now that we've been home from our trip for oh I don't know.. 3 1/2 half months...I better finish the trip before I forget everything!! Ok so the end of the week in Disney World we went to our friends 's house in St. Augustine for a couple of days until we went to my cousins before her wedding. I have to say Bri was like a Martha Stewart... I kid you not, i'm talking about fresh muffins waiting for us in our room, a beautiful pitcher of water with fresh lemons and cups on a cute table with a decorative table cloth, an absolutely amazing memory foam bed with beautiful covers and even though they have a little boy, a crib with all girl bedding just for Kate. Truly Amazing. THEN to top it off, we wake up the next morning to Mickey Mouse waffles and grapefruit for breakfast, it was just so wonderful! We played tourist in St. Augustine for a couple of days and loved every minute with Bri and Brandon and their cute
little boy Bryce who is only 1 week older than Kate. It was sad to say goodbye, but we needed to stay with my cousin before her wedding so i could help her with anything she needed. Once we get to my cousins, I was so happy to see her! My cousin Holly and I were best friends growing up and I have missed her very much since she's been in Florida. Holly was engaged to David, who is such a great catch. He is so wonderful with kids, absolutely adores Holly and is just all around a great guy. Kate of course loved both of them from the moment we got there as they were just so cute with her. They were very sweet to let us stay with them. During the week we were pretty relaxed, just lounging around and going to the beach when it wasn't raining. Kate loved the beach!! She didn't love to get too deep in the water bur sure loved the sand. She would just dive in the sand and roll around throwing it everywhere she could, it was cute to watch her have so much fun. The wedding was set for Saturday and it was absolutely beautiful. There was a dance floor at the wedding and Kate literally danced for 4 hours straight, refusing to leave the dance floor. After the wedding we decided to go back to Bri's fro one more night as Holly was going to Italy for her honeymoon anyways. I know this is a short and sweet final post of the Florida trip, but I have A LOT to catch up on! So the next few may be a little shorter for the sake of keeping up! All in all through the trip to Florida was just so wonderful, Kate has come to love Disney and now does everything with Mickey and Goofy and Minnie, she even has them in her bed now. I love how much she loves Disney, it just makes me smile. Also, it was so much fun spending the week with Nate and Chelsea who spoiled Kate rotten, but really, to be able to have so much fun with such close friends is a great thing to have. Then to finish off the week with more friends and family just made this trip such a wonderful experience.
